Return & Exchange Period
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Return and exchange services are available only within the United Arab Emirates.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability, including the requested size and color.
-A fee of AED 25 applies to all return and exchange requests.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items purchased during promotions, special offers, clearance sales, or final sale events are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- Snatch It reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
Refunds
- Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Cash refunds are not available.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or via bank transfer, where applicable.

في Snatch It، نسعى لتقديم أفضل تجربة تسوق لعملائنا. وفي حال عدم رضاكم عن المنتج، يمكنكم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال وفقاً للشروط التالية:
مدة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
- خدمة الاسترجاع والاستبدال متاحة فقط داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- تخضع جميع طلبات الاستبدال لتوفر المنتج بالمقاس أو اللون المطلوب.
- تطبق رسوم بقيمة 25 درهم إماراتي على طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال.
شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال
- يجب أن تكون المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة أو متضررة، مع جميع البطاقات والملصقات الأصلية مرفقة.
- تحتفظ Snatch It بحق رفض أي طلب استرجاع أو استبدال في حال عدم استيفاء الشروط المذكورة.
المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال
- المنتجات المشتراة ضمن التخفيضات أو العروض الترويجية أو التصفية النهائية غير مؤهلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
الاسترجاع المالي
- بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه والموافقة على الطلب، سيتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل.
- لا يتم تقديم أي استرداد نقدي.
- يتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية المستخدمة عند الشراء أو عن طريق تحويل بنكي عند الاقتضاء.
